At e-bims we pride ourselves on our support and recognise the importance of providing a high level of service to our clients. Our support team monitors client portals as well as regularly carrying out portal health checks.

Telephone Support
Our telephone support helpdesk is available between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Email Support
Clients can also contact our Support team via support@e-bims.co.uk which can be found on client portals and our website. Emails can be submitted 24/7 and a member of the support team will deal with the enquiry as soon as possible.

Web Meet Support
Our support team now offers a support service that enables a team member to meet across the internet where they can demonstrate and assist clients in the location and retrieval of their facility information.
